DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

A deposit of 40% of the booking price must be paid up to 2 months before the start of the holiday,

for short-term bookings directly after the booking.

In general, we apply the AGBH (general terms and conditions for the hotel industry).

That means:

​

• You can cancel free of charge up to 2 months before arrival.

• From 2 months to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price.

• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.

If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will provide you
90% of the booking price will be charged.
